At Bee’s and Bullets Honey Co., we take pride in providing high-quality honey and hive products. Due to the nature of food products and for the safety of our customers, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
Food Products
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all sales of honey, infused honey, honeycomb, pollen, and other edible products are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on food products once they have been shipped or delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging
Upon review, we may provide:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund, at our discretion
Shipping Issues
Bee’s and Bullets Honey Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier disruptions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Circumstances beyond our control
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for theft or loss after delivery. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
